Authors' Rights, Terms & Conditions

The ArcheTime Project reserves the right to publish and reproduce the submitted works for all purposes associated with the promotion of the project, and will incorporate all generated documentation into its documentary collection and public archives. The selected projects and works shall remain the property of the authors.

All works submitted will be accredited to the authors. Copyright credit will be given to the authors unless ArcheTime is otherwise instructed.    

The author agrees to allow ArcheTime to use his or her name and reproduce his or her works in any of its publications, as well as on the ArcheTime web site.

If the selected submissions make any use of third-party images, text fragments, quotes or other materials, it is the responsibility of the entrant to contact the owners and obtain permission for use. The ArcheTime Project and its organizers cannot be held responsible for the use of third-party materials by authors who submit an abstract/paper/artwork/project. The ArcheTime Project and its organizers are not responsible for information on entry forms that misrepresents the copyright or original ownership of ideas or products. The ArcheTime Project and its organizers assume that all materials provided with entries are free of copyright infringement, and that the entrant has secured permission for use of the submitted materials. The ArcheTime Project and its organizers are not liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the entrant.

Digital reproductions of submitted works will be held in the ArcheTime archives for use in future exhibits and presentations. Authors will be notified about any use of their works in exhibitions, screenings, presentations and publications. In instances when the organization hosting the event charges entrance or other fees, all funds will be used only for technical and administrative support, equipment and space rental or expenses strictly related to the ArcheTime Project.

ArcheTime does not distribute or sell submitted works. All dealers, distributors, publishers, and other parties who wish to use or adapt works submitted to ArcheTime will be referred to the authors directly.

By sending a submission authors acknowledge that they fully accept the above rules and conditions.
